What is Harmonea?

Harmonea is a holistic performance platform that combines nervous system regulation, HRV monitoring, breathwork, and trading psychology tools to help you perform at your best — in the markets and in life.

How does the free assessment work?

Our free assessment takes about 5 minutes. You answer a series of questions about your stress levels, trading habits, and mental performance. We then generate a personalised profile with actionable recommendations tailored to your nervous system type.

What devices are compatible with Harmony Band?

Harmony Band works with iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android (10+) devices. It connects via Bluetooth Low Energy and syncs data automatically to the Harmonea app. No additional hardware is required.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@harmonea.io. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I track my HRV?

You can track your Heart Rate Variability using the Harmony Band or any compatible wearable device. The Harmonea app displays real-time HRV data, trends over time, and correlates your readings with trading sessions and breathwork practice.

What breathwork techniques are included?

Harmonea includes a wide range of evidence-based techniques: box breathing, coherence breathing (5.5s rhythm), Wim Hof method, 4-7-8 relaxation breathing, and guided meditation sessions. Each technique is designed for specific use cases — pre-trading calm, mid-session recovery, or deep relaxation.

Is my data secure?

Your privacy is our top priority. All data is protected with end-to-end encryption, both in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant and never sell or share your personal data with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
